The Alto Works is Suzuki's performance tuned pocket rocket featuring a turbocharged variant of K06A engine, producing 64 PS (47 kW) and 100 N⋅m (74 lb⋅ft) and available with a 5-speed manual transmission. Whilst at first glance this doesn't seem a lot of power in today's market of high-performance passenger cars, the lightweight Alto Works only weighs 670kg.

Despite being a spartan performance-tuned version resulting in the lightweight nature of the car, the Works features a number of upgrades over the regular Alto range:

Suspension, brakes and the engine are tuned toward performance yet the car delivers exceptional fuel efficiency. The Alto Works is surprisingly large inside for such a small and lightweight package. The Recaro front seats provide excellent leg and head room for drivers up to 2.0m (6'6") tall with ample room in the rear seat behind a tall driver for another tall passenger. The rear seats also have a 50:50 split fold to create a large cargo area should one need to carry bulky items. We think the packaging of the Alto Works is remarkable to carry four adults in comfort.

The drive is nothing short of fun! The lack of weight means the Alto Works is responsive and the 5-speed manual gives the driver a genuinely engaging driving experience.

This particular car is in good original condition and comes with some tasteful upgrades including a taller 5th gear ratio for highway driving, a performance air intake and an Australian Pioneer infotainment system including Apple Carplay and Android auto.
