2004 Subaru Forester STI

Taking a number of its mechanical components from the lauded Impreza WRX STi, the performance-oriented Forester STi features a larger intercooler, a revised exhaust system, a set of ten-spoke 18-inch alloy wheels, larger four-piston Brembo brakes and a quicker steering rack. It rides on tuned STi suspension which sits 3cm lower than on the standard Forester, with upgraded springs, revised shock absorbers, larger anti-roll bars and a cross member brace. Cosmetic touches unique to the Forester STi include its redesigned bumpers, lights, front grille and an additional rear spoiler. It is powered by the turbocharged 2.5-litre EJ25 boxer engine, producing around 260hp
and 289lb ft of torque, coupled to Subaru’s symmetrical AWD system and a six-speed manual gearbox.

Finished in the quintessential performance Subaru hue of World Rally Blue, this example is equipped with a pair of high-back bucket seats trimmed in black cloth with perforated blue synthetic suede centre sections.
An STi boost gauge and a Pioneer entertainment system have been installed in the cabin.
Its original owner’s manuals and toolkit will be included in the sale, along with a collection of Japanese import documents, a partial service record and a JEVIC mileage verification certificate.
